MINIMUM TWO YEAR/100,000 KM JAGUAR APPROVED WARRANTY
The Jaguar Approved Warranty is only available through an authorised Jaguar Retailer.
This comprehensive cover is the equivalent of a new car warranty. Using only Jaguar Genuine Parts, it covers repairs for sudden and unexpected mechanical or electrical failure and work is only ever undertaken by our Trained Technicians. Nothing less. There are no limits to the number of claims that can be made, up to the purchase price of the car, and the Warranty covers you for a minimum of two years/100,000 kilometres. This is only available through an authorised Jaguar Retailer.
24 MONTHS OF JAGUAR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Jaguar Assistance is a comprehensive assistance programme, designed specifically for Jaguar drivers to promote absolute peace of mind. This operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and provides assistance in motoring emergencies, all the way from immobilisation due to breakdown or an accident to minor emergencies such as punctures.
All Jaguar Approved cars are covered for the entire duration of the warranty period with Roadside Assistance. Simply contact 0800 724 695 from anywhere in New Zealand to speak with a Jaguar Assistance operator.
165 MULTI-POINT INSPECTION
We have a checklist of 165 points of inspection in place that has to be followed to the letter. This guarantees your car is in the best possible electrical and mechanical condition and its bodywork is pristine. Using the very latest technologies, tools and diagnostic equipment, our Technicians carry out these checks with the utmost rigour. The inspection always includes paintwork, interior, a complete engine preparation, a road test and a final inspection before the car is personally signed off by one of our Jaguar Technicians. All cars have to pass all 165 checks to become Jaguar Approved.
OUR TECHNICIANS
It takes a certain type of person to deliver the levels of professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that we expect. Any reconditioning work will be undertaken by Jaguar trained technicians using specific tools, diagnostic equipment and Jaguar Genuine Parts. We always work to the most exacting standards, which is why only our Approved Retailers should ever undertake the work.
CERTIFIED MILEAGE AND HISTORY CHECK
The history of every car is comprehensively checked using market leading independent research. All cars come with an Independently Verified Mileage and a Certified Ownership History to ensure that there is no finance outstanding on the vehicle and that it has not been stolen or written-off. This ensures that you drive away safe in the knowledge that your new Approved Jaguar has a full history and delivers what you expect from it.
ROAD TEST
Every car undertakes a road test, during which our technicians look to assess the unique performance characteristics of each vehicle. For instance, suspension, vibration, braking systems, engine performance, transmission and nine other specific areas are monitored to ensure peak performance. In short, it means your Approved Jaguar feels as alive as a new one.
INDEPENDENTLY INSPECTED
To maintain the high standards we set ourselves and our Retailers, an independent inspection of our service, facilities and staff is regularly undertaken. This covers all aspects of the Approved Programme from a customer's perspective, including facilities and the cars themselves.
